Pricing and Cancellation Policy

Pricing Structure: In-Home Repairs: Successful Repair: At your place Technician labor is billed at 30€ for the first hour. An additional charge of 2.5€ is applied for every extra 10 minutes beyond the initial diagnostic phase. If repair is unsuccessful, a flat fee of 20€ is charged, that covers the initial consultation, diagnosis and cost estimation. Successful Repair: At Technician's place Technician labor is billed at 20€ for the first hour. An additional charge of 2.5€ is applied for every extra 10 minutes beyond the initial diagnostic phase. Unsuccessful Repair: In cases where the repair is unsuccessful, a fee of 20€ covers the diagnosis and consultation. It is important to note that the aforementioned pricing structure excludes the cost of any supplementary spare parts that may be deemed necessary for the repair. However, it's worth highlighting that a majority of our repair scenarios typically do not require additional components. Important Information: As an early-stage startup currently in the testing phase, our company does not assume liability for any unforeseen mishaps or damages that may occur during the repair process to you or your device. Terms and Conditions: Payment Terms: Payment is due upon the completion of the repair service. Invoices for any additional spare parts, if required, will be provided separately. Spare Parts: The cost of any necessary spare parts is not included in the initial pricing. Customers will be informed of the cost and necessity of spare parts before proceeding with the repair. Disclaimer: While we strive for excellence in our services, the startup status means that we do not assume responsibility for any damages or issues that may occur during the repair process. Customer Communication: Customers are encouraged to openly communicate any concerns or queries regarding the repair process.
